Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Mahomed Salim. I am 22 years old and an international student in London. I am from Iraq and son of Mr.Abdul Rasaq Salim, former Engineer and consultant with the Iraq oil & gas industry. As a consultant with the oil and gas industry, my father was opportuned to have worked and done businesses with several foreign investors who were interested to invest in the Iraqi oil & gas industry and who happened to pass through his office in securing good investment contracts in the oil & gas sector. In the process, my father had made a good deal of money to the tune of US$103.6M (ONE HUNDRED AN THREE MILLION, SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLRS) only from different business deals. With the plan to invest the money over seas, my father died in a car bomb explosion at Karkuk, Iraq in the company of his Indonesian counterpaart, Mr. Saeed Al-Bashir, his foreign partner who had come to sign the final investment contract agreement with my dad, last year.

Their deaths were shocking and very unfortunate, as I was not able to carry on with the transaction because I was only 21 then. Again, I did not know the rudiment of the transaction because I was born in London and had lived in London all my life, except onoccassions I had come for holidays. It is over one year now since my father and his partner died and we are now seeking for another willing and honest investor like, the late Mr.Saeed Al-Bashir to invest the money for me. As the first born of my father, I am saddled with the great task of making sure my father's vision doesn't die. I am looking for an honest investor not a FRAUDSTER please, an investor who will not capitalize on my ignorance and swindle me off my father's sweat.I am ready to enter into an agreement with you if you are genuine. It has taken me time tomake up my mind before I contacted you. It is true I don't know your character but Allah knows all. I will be ready to part with 20% of the total sum to you as compensation for helping me realize my father's dream by investing the money and also guide the investments to grow. I am not Allah to know your mind, but your acceptance of this proposal should come out from an Allah-fearing mind and such that respects another man's dream. I mean a mind that upholds another man's vision and not to destroy it.

My lawyer (Barrister Edwards) has all the documents on the transaction/money and will be co-operative with the whole process as soon as we commenced action. If you will help me reply by e-mail your response or via my alternate/private e-mails: salimmohamed2@galmail.co.za or mohasalim@stade.fr

Yours faithfully,
Mohamed Salim
