Greetings,

I am Mr Jonas Oluego , Branch Manager, Union Bankof Nigeria limited.I am looking for an individualto assist me to accomplish a transaction requiring maximum trust. I got your contact in my private search for a reliable individual, through my country's chamber of commerce, trade and industries. Bearing this in mind,it is important that i first solicit your strictest confidence in this transaction which i am about to let you into, as it is meant to be highly confidential and a top secret known only to two of us. My proposal is as follows: A British oil consultant/contractor who previously worked with the Nigerian National petroleum corporation (NNPC),in my country,RON BAKER made a time numbered (Fixed)Deposit on friday february 4th,2000,valued at US$6.5Million(Six Million, Five hundred Thousand United States Dollars),for twelve(12)calender months with my bank and Upon maturity of his deposit,i sent a routine notification to him in his forwarding addressgiven to us when he opened the account, but got no reply from him. After a month, we sent a reminder, but still no response from him and upon enquiry we discovered from his contract employers, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation(NNPC)that Mr.RON BAKER died while on vacation from an automobile accidentthree months after opening the account with us.

On further investigation, I found out that he died without making a WILL,and all attempts to trace his next-of-kin or relatives has so far proved fruitless. On making further investigation i discovered thatMr.RON BAKER did not declare any next-of-kin or relations in all his official documents, includinghis Bank deposit paperwork in my Bank. This sum of US$6.5million is still in the custody of my Bank and the interest is being rolled over with the principal sum at the end of each year since then.No one will ever come forward to claim it.

According to Nigerian Law,at the expiration offive(5) years, the money will revert to the ownership of the Nigerian Government if nobody applies to claim the fund.
