Car, who was formerly working With shell Development Company in Nigeria hereinafter, Referred to as my clientele. On 30th JAN 2000, my Clientele, his wife, and their three children were involved In the Kenyan Airways (registration number 5Y-BEN) air Crash, which departed from Nairobi to destination Lagos and All the family, died in this fatal air mishap on 30th JAN 2000. Since then I have made several inquiries to locate any of my clientele's Extended relatives, this proved unsuccessful. After these several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to trace his last name on the Internet but I couldn’t locate any member of his family. I have contacted you to assist in repatriating the money and property left behind by my clientele before they get confiscated or declared unserviceable by the Bank (AFRICAN EXPRESS BANKING CORPORATION) where these huge deposits were lodged, where the deceased had an account valued at about (6.2 Million U.S Dollars).

Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for years now, I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin to the deceased so that the proceeds of this account valued at (6.2 Million Dollars) can be paid into your account. As a matter of business, the sharing formula runs thus: 55% to me and 40% to you and 5% set aside to offset expenses incurred by both parties.
