On behalf of the Trustees and Executor of the estate of Late Engr. Willy Bubenik. I, George Gregory (a member of the above trustee) once again try to notify you, as my earlier letter to you through the Post Office was returned undelivered. I hereby attempt to reach you via your e-mail address.

I wish to notify you that, late Engr. Willy Bubenik made you, a beneficiary to his will because of your relative surname with him, knowing that he is the only child of his family and beside, his parent are late. Unfortunately, he left an unclaimed sum of fifteen Million Dollars (US$15,000,000) with a bank in his domiciliary account and a statment of his WILL.This bank has given us the Trustees, a notice to inform you for the evacuation of this money or they confiscate it and declear the account non-servicable, being a widely traveled man, he must have been in contact with you in the past or simply, you were nominated to him by one of his numerous friends in your Country who wished you good. Engr.Willy Bubenik until his death (heart attack) was a former managing director and pioneer staff of a giant Oil company Operating in the Niger-Delta. He was a very dedicated Christian who loved to give out. His great philanthropy earned him numerous awards during his life time.

Late Engr. Willy Bubenik, died on the 9th day of February 2003 at the age of 58 years, and his WILL is now waiting for your consent before execution. According to him, this money is to be used by your family or used to support your Christian activities and to help the poor and the needy. Please If, I reached you as I am hopeful, endeavor to get back to me as soon as possible to enable the immediate execution of your portion of the bequest to enable earlier disbursement by the Paying Bank who will like to get a notice from you to this effect. You should forward along your telephone and fax numbers, including your surname showing the same with him, this confirms your identity as the beneficiary in question and your current mailing address. Remember, Proof of identity must have the same surname with him, further identities should be on demand if need be, I would send you the Obituary notice of Late man for your perusal and maybe you would recognise him .I hope to hear from you in no distant time. Your earlier reply, will make this bank work towards moving this money to your designated account and, an Official and legal approach will be adopted to ensure adquate record.

Thanks and God bless.
Mr George Gregory.
