sum of US$15.5M. (Fifteen million million five hundred united states
dollars). This money was given to me by my brother PRESIDENT TAYLOR
to buy military arms and ammunitions from South African allies.
These ammunitions were meant to be used to curtail the insurgence
of rebel forces into the capital city of Monrovia. But while I was
still negotiating for the purchase of these arms, RPRESIDENT called
