Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Musa Fadiga. I am a crude oil merchant in London. I am sending you this email with reference to a contract I am presently handling as the merchant of an oil sale. I am based in London. The contract in talk is about an oil sale which has been on a hold because of the buyer of the said contract pronouncing his conditions of any reason to continue

the contract. which is due to the reason of the rampant frauds situations in most international business around the world. The German government oil company, is purchasing petroleum, worth 160mUSd 160,000,000.oo) from The Nigerian Head of Petroleum Matters, The Nigerian National Petroleum coporation(NNPC), with me (Musa fadiga) as the merchant of the sale to the seller( that is the NNPC).

Because of the large fraud situation in most African countries, Nigeria to be most certain, the buyers have ordered that for the reason of fear of fraud and safe guardiance of the payment of the oil ( $160million US) , that the sellers should produce an external agent, who will hold the oil in his country(that is the external agent) with trust until the whole payment, and contracts conditions have been concluded by the buyer and the seller, then the buyer will go and collect the oil from the external agent, where its been safegaurded. Due to this, the President of the federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo and the Group Managing Director of the NNPC, Mr. Funsho Kupolokun( the person in charge of the petroleum matters in the country of the seller), has ordered me to search of an interested individual to be the external agent. The person is to know that he/she will be holding the oil in his location/country, while in wait of the payment and contract conclusion by the buyer and seller, in which all the cost of holding and safeguarding the oil will be sent to the interested external agent, by the Seller. Below, are brief explanation of the conditions surrounding an external agent.
-The external agent, is to act as the middle man in the sale.
-The oil will not be sent to buyer before they pay. and The buyer will not pay the seller before the oil leaves Nigeria for Germany. for this reason, The buyers have decided that the seller sends the oil to a someone (external agent) outside Nigeria, outside Germany, and outside London. ( that is the location of the seller, the buyer, and the merchant respectively). Then once the seller have paid, then they can retrieve the oil from the external agent.

-The Nigerian president will make disscusions with the government of the external agent regards the coming of the oil into the country. So the external agent should not fear of customs and other referred initiatives, as the whole government and customs issue will be cleared once the oil is ready to come in.
-The external Agent can be someone of any profession.
-The external agent must be above the age of 28. that is 29 and above.
