A Careful Look - 419 Scam Letter

Take a breath and have a look at the letter the way it has written and entered?

He had not mentioned about him much, his qualification, his job, just mentioned he is working with engr. And has given one associates name, but what is he doing in that company.
If he feels it is so fair to be a principal attorney, why not he thinks to capitalize the title?
He is very much interested in giving respect to him by using Mr., but why not to his client, who is the proprietor of the large amount.
He never mentioned what is the need to transfer the amount. Just said an offer if ready to accept contact, as though he is so secure in exposing the secret to transfer the amount and asked to contact back.
How about the offer? What is not directly stated is that the proposition is HIGHLY ILLEGAL!
