Subject: Individuals requesting to be contacted by local lender for ARM refi.(ARM will reset within 4 months)
Hello, my name is Ron Stevens and I work for a company that conducts nationwide consumer surveys on the mortgage, financial, and insurance industry.
We just wrapped up a direct mail survey in your community and identified a group of individuals that stated they were not happy with their current adjustalbe rate mortgage payments, and want to learn more on how a fixed rate mortgage may financialy benefit them.
These are all individuals which ARM will re-set within the next 4 months.
They all have a credit score of 640 or better and $15,000 of revolving debt.
They all have a LTV of no more than 80%.
They had to fill out a survey that was sent to their Nigerian Spam, and mail the information back in. These are individuals ages 35 and over and have 20% - 75% equity in their Nigerian Spam.
